| 摘 要： | 通过对19例慢性肺气肿病人施行开胸肺减容手术的护理，就肺减容手术后肺部感染的病理学基础及解剖学特点方面进行讨论，阐述发生肺部感染的基本因素及增加肺部感染机率的原因。并总结本组肺减容手术后肺部感染及肺持续性漏气的产生原因、类型及护理。

| Abstract: | By nursing19chronic emphysema patientsafter lung volume reduction surgery(LVRS),the authorsdiscussed the patho-logical factorsand anatomical characteristicsof pulmonary infection after LVRSand explained the factorsand causesof pulmonary infection.Furthermore,they summarized the causes,typesand nursing of pulmonary infection and durative lung leakage after LVRSin all the patients. |
