吹脱法处理稀土冶炼高氨氮废水试验

摘    要:针对稀土冶炼产生的高氨氮废水,采用吹脱法进行单因素影响试验和正交试验,通过正交试验,可以得出在pH=11,温度为40℃,气液比为600:1,吹脱时间为60min时,氨氮去除率可以达到94.5%,吹脱后的废水氨氮浓度从2897mg/L降到159mg/L,试验表明吹脱法除氮处理工艺可作为脱氮除磷二级生物处理或一级强化处理的预处理,同时,也为工程实际提供参考。

Abstract:Blow-off method was used to single-factor experiments and orthogonal test in order to treat high strength ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced via rare earth smelting.By the orthogonal test,when pH = 11,temperature is 40 ℃,gas-liquid ratio is 600:1,and blow-off time is 60min,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 94.5%,and ammonia nitrogen concentration reduce from 2897mg/L to 159mg/L.The results show that blow-off method can be used as preprocessing of Nutrient removal secondary biological treatment or enhanced primary treatment,at the same time the results provide a reference for engineering practice.
