| 摘 要： | 评价了类风湿关节炎（RA）疗效评价存在的不足及困境,讨论引入生存质量（QOL）的概念及特点RA患者中QOL评价的必要性、可行性及量表的选择,中医药治疗对RA患者QOL的影响等相关内容,强调引入QOL作为中医药治疗RA疗效评价时必须注意量表的正确选择和方法的科学性。

| Abstract: | Evaluating the shortcomings and predicament of the RA（Rheumatoid Arthritis）therapeutic evaluation.Discussing the introduction of QOL（Quality of Life）conception and feature,the necessity and feasibility of the QOL evaluation for RA patients,the influence of RA patients with TCM（Traditional Chinese Medicine）treatment,and emphasize the Correctness of scale and the scientificity of method,when introducing the QOL as the therapeutic evaluation of RA patients with TCM treatment. |
