| 摘 要： | 目的：观察慢前煎剂对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者排尿异常的临床疗效。方法：采用慢前煎剂治疗伴有排尿异常症状且最大尿流率〈20mL/s的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者27例,观察治疗前后患者最大尿流率、NIH排尿症状评分的改变。结果：24例患者最大尿流率、NIH排尿症状评分均有明显改善,具有统计学意义。结论：慢前煎剂对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者排尿异常有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the Man Qian Decoction（MQD）for chronic non-bacterial prostatitis clinical efficacy in patients with abnormal urination.Methods ：The decoction of MQD of the symptoms associated with abnormal micturition and maximum urinary flow rate（Qm）20mL/s in patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis 27 cases were observed before and after treatment in patients with Qm,NIH voiding symptom score changes.Results ：24 patients,Qm,NIH voiding symptom score showed significant improvement,with statistical significance.Conclusion ：MQD of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis in patients with voiding abnormalities has a good effect. |
