PEM燃料电池操作性能的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究各种操作参数对电池性能的影响,以便对今后的燃料电池的设计作出有益的参考.方法运用燃料电池测试仪进行了不同电池温度、气体加湿温度、反应气体的流量和电池背压对电池性能影响的实验.结果对实验数据进行绘图.得出了电池的电压一电流密度曲线图.从相应的图中可知道电池性能随操作参数的变化情况.结论一定范围内。升高电池操作温度可以提高电池的性能。但是当电池温度超过气体加湿温度时,升高温度电池性能反而下降;电流密度较低时,升高阳极加湿温度能提高电池的性能;当阴极加湿温度高于电池温度时,升高加湿温度将会降低电池的性能;提高电池的背压可以明显提高电池的性能:一定范围内提高反应气体的流量可以提高电池的性能.

Abstract:The purpose of the essay is to study the effect of operating parameters on the performance of PEM fuel cell and give beneficial reference to further cells' design.Experiments with different fuel cell operating temperatures,different anode and cathode humidification temperatures and different operating pressures have been carried out.The results are presented in the forms of polarization curves,which show the effect of various parameters on the performance of PEM fuel cell.Conclusions are drawn as follows:when fuel cell temperature is blow the anode humidification temperature,the performance of PEM fuel cell improves with the increase in fuel cell temperature.On the other hand,the performance of PEM fuel cell decreases with the increase in fuel cell temperature when fuel cell temperature is above the anode humidification temperature.In low current density,the performance of fuel cell increases with the increase in anode humidification temperature.The performance of fuel cell decreases with the increase in cathode humidification temperature when cathode humidification temperature is larger than anode humidification temperature.The backpressures and gas flow rates can improve the fuel cell performance.
