赵坤教授治疗小儿秋季腹泻的经验

赵坤教授认为小儿秋季腹泻病因病机乃外邪侵犯,脾虚湿盛而致。以从"湿"治泄为基本原则,并辨虚实寒热。根据症候表现将秋季腹泻分为寒湿泻、湿热泻、伤食泻、脾胃虚弱四型。分别用藿香正气散加味、葛根黄芩黄连汤加味、自拟健脾止泻汤加味、参苓白术散或七味白术散加减,临床疗效显著。

Experience of Professor ZHAO Kun in treating autumn diarrhea

Professor Zhao Kun considered that pediatric autumn diarrhea was caused by encroachment of exogenous evil and damp abundance due to splenic asthenia, therefore, it should be treated in the basic principle of treating diarrhea from dampness and distinguishing asthenia and sthenia, chills and fever. Autumn diarrhea was separated into four types on the basis of symptoms, cold-damp diarrhea, hygropyretic diarrhea, diarrhea due to improper diet and weakness of the spleen and stomach. It was effective if treated with modified Huoxiang Zhengqi powder, modified Gegen Huangqin Huanglian decoction, modified Jianpi Zhixie decoction, and Shenqin Baizhu powder or modified Qiwei Baizhu powder, respectively.
