摘    要:在海上平台组块吊点设计制造中,焊缝收缩往往导致主吊点板和立柱管壁出现层间裂缝。提出了盖板式吊点结构设计方案,可以消除传统吊点由于制造原因产生的缺陷。盖板式吊点已成功应用于多座平台组块的设计和安装。

Abstract:During design and fabrication of offshore platform module,the shrink of wilding seam often causes interbedded crack on the main padeye plate and the column.The new type of lifting padeye is brought forward and named "cover board lifting padeye".It can eliminate the defect of conventional lifting padeye caused by fabrication and has been applied successfully to the design and installation of many platform modules.
