针灸改善睾丸功能和精液质量的实验研究

选取肾俞、关元、中极、三阴交等俞穴，施以针刺补法，并重灸关元穴，对腺嘌呤诱发的肾阳虚睾丸功能损害家兔模型，进行针灸治疗的实验观察。结果显示，针灸能使其动物机体功能增强，生精功能显著改善，精子数量、精液质量参数明显提高；能够修复和改善受损家兔的睾丸组织，使萎缩变性的事丸组织恢复并接近正常；能够显著结抗腺嘌呤对睾丸组织的损伤作用，表明针灸具有补肾助阳、培元生精、扶正解毒的作用。

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY: THE EFFECTS OF ACUPUNCTURE AND MOXIBUSTION ON TESTICLE FUNCTION AND SPERM QUALITY

Kidney Yang deficient rabbits with the functional injury of testicles brought about by adenine were treated by acupuncture on UB 23(Shenshu), CV 4 (Guanyuan), CV 3(Zhongji), Sp 6(Sanyinjiao)and other points, and by strong moxibustion on CV 4 (Guanyuan). The result shows that acupuncture and moxibustion can promote the rabbit's functions, including the improvement of the productive function of sperms, both in quantity and quality. They can repair and recover testicular tissue nearly back to normal. It can remarkably nesistagainst the damage caused by adenine, and maintain sperm and testicular functions. Hence, acupuncture and moxibustion can nourish kidney and Yang, strengthen primordial Qi, produce essence, and clear the toxicity.
