井上下联合抽采瓦斯技术在岳城矿的应用

摘    要:为解决采空区瓦斯大量涌出严重制约综采工作面生产的技术难题,针对岳城煤矿1302采煤工作面瓦斯浓度高的情况,基于煤炭开采时空接替、瓦斯抽采关系,提出适合高瓦斯煤矿瓦斯治理的井上下联合抽采采空区瓦斯技术模式。实践表明:该技术模式能够大幅度降低工作面瓦斯超限的威胁,有效抽采高瓦斯矿井采空区积聚瓦斯,提高了高瓦斯煤矿瓦斯抽采水平和安全生产效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the technical problem that the heavy gas emission may seriously restrict the production of a fully mechanized coal face,a combined gob gas drainage technology by both surface and underground boreholes was put forward for the high gassy mine in the light of the high gas concentration in 1302 working face in Yuecheng Mine and based on the relation between the time-space replacement and gas drainage during coal mining.The practice indicated that using this technology can greatly reduce the threat of disallowed gas concentration in the working face,effectively drain the accumulated gas in the gob of the high gassy mine and improve gas drainage level and safe production efficiency of the mine.
