螺杆钻具配合高效钻头提高钻井效率的试验研究

摘    要:在深井和超深井钻井中,由于"转盘钻配合牙轮钻头"限制了钻头转速的提高。1997年在青海油田冷科1井三个井段进行了"螺杆钻具配合高效钻头"提高钻井效率的试验研究。第1次在3727.40~3751.87m,进尺24.47m,机械钻这0.87m/h,钻速比牙轮钻头提高20.83%;第2次在3756.77~3898.83m,进尺142.06m,机械钻速1.27m/h,比牙轮钻头进尺提高近2倍,钻速提高75.83%;第3次在4200.26~4305.45m,进尺105.19m,机械钻速0.74m/h,钻速比牙轮钻头提高60.87%。试验结果表明,使用"螺杆钻具配合高效钻头"不仅能提高深部井段的机械钻这,而且如果钻头、地层和螺杆钻具三者匹配合适,其它参数选用得当的话,提高钻速还有很大潜力。

Abstract:The restriction of bit rotory speed improvement caused by rotory table combined with roller bit eliminates the penetration rate increasing in deep well and ultradeep well drilling. A pilot study on positive displacement drills combined with high efficiency bit was conducted in three intervals of well No. lengke 1 in Qinghai oil field in 1997. The first testwas done in interva1 3 724. 40 ~ 3 751. 87 m with a footage of 24. 47m and a ROPof 0. 87m/h, 20. 83% higher than that of roller bit; the second was in interval 3 756. 77 ~3 898. 83m with a footage of 142. 06m and a ROP of 1. 27m/h, 2 times more than the footage of roller bit and 75. 83% higher than the ROP of roller bit; the third was in interval 4200. 26~ 4305. 45m with a footage of 105. 9m and a ROP of 0. 74m/h, 60. 87% higher than that of roller bit. The pilot result showed that the combination of positive displacement drills with hlgh efficiency bit can not only increase the ROP in deeper interval, but also provide a great potential for ROP improvement if a good match of bit, formation and positive displacement drills is realized and other parameters are properly applied.
