| 摘 要： | 对比研究了新型高速电弧喷涂层和普通电弧喷涂层的表面形貌、显微组织和界面合金元素分布，测定了不同工艺条件下喷涂层的硬度、孔隙率和拉伸结合强度，并考察了三种材料电弧喷涂层的磨损性能，探讨了高速电弧喷涂层和普通电弧喷涂层组织、性能差异的原因。

| Abstract: | A newly developed thermal spray technology ,High velocity arc spray(HVA) ,was used to produce highdensity ,low porsity ,high bond strength and higher hardness coatings. The relative wear properties of three HVAS coat-ings were investigated. The differences of microstructure and properties between HVAS and regular arc sprayed coatingswere discussed. |
