摘    要:目的:烧伤所致造血系统的变化是烧伤的重要病理生理反应之一,它与烧伤感染以及烧伤免疫功能密切相关,直接影响病程的转归和预后。对烧伤后贫血的研究已有诸多报道,但关于机体在烧伤后造血调控机制的改变尚待深入研究,方法:本文以15% TBSAⅢ°烧伤昆明种小鼠为动物模型,通过祖细胞集落培养法观察烧伤后12小时,1天,3天,5天,7天和10天血清对正常小鼠骨髓红系造血的影响,同时采用放免法检测血清EPO浓度的

Abstract:objective:The abnormality of hematopoietic system occurring after thermal injury is one of the important systemic pathophysiological responses to bum. These changes are closely related to bum wound infection and immune dysfunction and can directly influence the course of disease and prognosis after brun. To further study the mechanism of the alteration in erythropoiesis after bum, in this strdy, we evaluated the effect of serum from bumed mice on erythropoiesis in vitro, and further analyzed the factors leading to the changes in hematopoiesis.The Kunming strain mice were subjected to a 15 % TBSA full thickness scald bum. Serum samples harvested form bumed mice and control mice on 12 hour, day 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 after thermal injury were investigated on erythropoiesis.The protein concentration in serum of EPO was also detected by RIA. Results: (1) In early phase of the bum injury(from 12h to 5day), sera from mice with 15 percent TBSA three degree bum showed increased erythopoictic stimulating activity; (2)In sera of bruned mice, the concentration of EPO also increased. The elevation of serum level of EPO was parallel to the stimulating activity of serum from bumed mice on erythropoiesis conclusion. Based on above results, we could draw a conclusion that the elevation of hmatopoietic modula tor, EPO is one of the major factors which leads to erythropoietic stimulating activity of bumed sera.
