| 摘 要： | 目的:观察EN+GH对改善全胃切除术后食管-空肠吻合口瘘病人营养状态和预后的影响. 方法:对11例全胃切除术后吻合口瘘病人给予EN+GH治疗,分别于治疗前后测定血清总蛋白(TP)、ALB、球蛋白、纤维连接蛋白(FN)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、PA和TF的浓度. 结果:EN+GH治疗后病人血清相关蛋白中FN和TF水平有明显增加(P<0.01,P<0.05),CRP水平明显减少(P<0.01). 结论:EN+GH治疗可促进全胃切除术后病人吻合口瘘的快速自愈.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate effcets of EN and growth hormone on nutritional state and the healing of fistula after total gastrectomy.Methods: Eleven cases of fistula after total gastrectomy from August 2001 to January 2007 were enrolled in the study.EN and growth hormone were successfully administered.The peripheral blood were collected and serum protein levels were measured.Results: The fibronectin and transferrin increased significantly,but c-reactive protein decreased obviously.Conclusion: EN and growth ho... |
