| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫外孕并失血性休克的急救及护理方法。方法对32例宫外孕并失血性休克患者给予快速建立宫外孕并失血性休克有效静脉通道，及时补充血容量；迅速完成术前准备，及早手术止血；术后监测病情变化，做好各项护理。结果本组均治愈出院。结论对宫外孕并失血性休克患者给予积极急救与精心护理，可提高急救成功率，促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the emergent and nursing methods of ectopic pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock.Methods Prompt preparation of venous Passage and makeup of blood volume were applied and preoperative work wafully prepared;the change of patient's condition was carefully observed and nursing neasures were taken.Results All the patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Active emergent treatment and careful nursing care can increase the successful rate of emergent treatment and promote restoration of paients with ectopic pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock. |
