摘    要:目的:研究老年桡骨远端骨折患者髂骨松质骨的骨结构参数和骨转换参数.方法:在14例老年桡骨远端骨折患者(实验组)和12例同期住院的青年桡骨远端骨折患者(对照组)中进行内固定手术的同时获取髂骨,作骨组织形态计量测定.结果:实验组髂骨骨结构参数中骨小梁体积(TV/BV)、骨小梁密度(Tb.N)、结点末端比(NTR)均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而骨小梁间距(Tb.Sp)则明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者髂骨骨转换参数中平均类骨质宽度(Os.Th)和骨形成表面(OS/BS)两组相比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而实验组骨吸收表面(ES/BS)则显著高于对照组.结论:老年患有不同程度的骨质疏松症,其骨结构退变可能是导致其结构强度下降、发生骨折的原因之一.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the iliac cancellous bone structure and turnover parameters in the elderly patients with distal radius fracture. METHODS: Iliac bone of 14 senile patients with distal radius fracture and 12 young patients with distal radius fracture were obtained and bone histomorphometric analysis was made. RESULTS: The trabecular bone volume, trabecular density and node-terminus ratio in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the trabecular separation in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group. There was no difference in the osteoid thickness and osteoid surface between the experiment group and the control group but the eroded surface in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. CONCUSION: Elderly people suffer from osteoporosis to some degree and the bone structural and morphological change is one of the causes of the decrease in mechanical strength leading to frequent fracture.
