| 摘 要： | 目的评价中心静脉导管用于胸腔积液闭式引流的可靠性和临床意义。方法对54例胸腔积液患者采用中心静脉导管胸腔留置闭式引流,观察其并发症、不良反应及疗效,并与21例行传统的胸腔闭式引流患者比较。结果该方法不良反应轻微,并发症发生率低,明显优于传统胸腔闭式引流(1.9%,vs19.0%,P0.05),疗效可靠。结论中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用。
