深基坑开挖对相邻建筑影响分析

通过对某已建办公大楼在相邻建筑深基坑的开挖过程的侧斜、水位观测和沉降观测,分析了已建办公大楼地面、墙体严重裂缝的原因,结合分析结果,指出在设计基坑时要充分估计环境效应问题,及时控制其环境条件的变化,要充分重视和考虑地基水的渗流问题等。

The influence analysis of deep foundation pit excavation to adjacent buildings

Through the side oblique,water level observation and settlement observation of existing office buildings in the excavation process of adjacent buildings,this paper analyzed the causes of existing office building floor,wall serious cracks,combining with the analysis results, pointed out that should be fully estimated environmental effect in design of foundation pit,timely control of environmental conditions changes, fully attention and consideration ground water seepage problems.
