摘    要:目的 通过研究黄芩对致龋菌生长、产酸及产胞外多糖的影响 ,探讨黄芩是否能有效调节口腔菌群生态平衡。方法 首先测定黄芩对三种主要致龋菌——变形链球菌、粘性放线菌和血链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC) ,再以低于 MIC的 4个浓度配制含药的 TPY液体培养基 ,测定黄芩对上述三种细菌产酸及产生水不溶性多糖能力的影响。结果 黄芩对上述三种细菌的生长有一定的抑制作用。黄芩还能够有效抑制血链球菌、粘性放线菌产生水不溶性葡聚糖。结论 上述结果提示 ,黄芩有可能是一种潜在的天然防龋药物 ,值得进行更深入的研究。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Radix Scutellariae on the growth, acid generation and glucan production of Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Actinomyces viscosus and to find out whether a preparation of Radix Scutellariae can be of use for screening and as an effective agent to mediate the balance of oral microflora. Methods Streptococcus mutans 3a 3, Streptococcus sanguis SB 179 and Actinomyces viscosus ATCC 19246 were chosen as the experimental bacteria. Reflux extraction of Radix Scutellariae was carried out, and then the effects of Radix Scutellariae on the growth, acid generation and water insoluble glucan (WIG) production were assessed. Results It was found that Radix Scutellariae can inhibit the growth and glucan production of these bacteria effectively. Conclusion Radix Scutellariae may be an effective anti-caries agent, and further researches will be necessary to define its usefulness in this aspect.
