| 摘 要： | 目的:建立同时测定复方微乳中川芎嗪和冰片含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱法。色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX 19091N-113(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),内标为水杨酸甲酯,检测器为火焰离子化检测器(FID),柱温采用程序升温,进样口和检测器温度分别为230℃和250℃。结果:川芎嗪和冰片检测浓度的线性范围分别为4.9～156.8、5.3～169.6μg·mL-1(r均为0.9996);平均加样回收率分别为98.09%(RSD=1.75%,n=9)和98.39%(RSD=1.17%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速,灵敏、专属性好,可用于复方微乳中川芎嗪和冰片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) and borneol in Compound microemulsion.METHODS:GC method was adopted.Samples with methyl salicylate as internal standard were separated on a HP-INNOWAX 19091N-113(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)column by GC-FID with a temperature programming.The injector temperature and the detector temperature were set at 230 ℃ and 250 ℃,respectively.RESULTS:The linear ranges were 4.9～156.8 μg·mL-1 for TMP (r=0.999 6) and 5.3～169.6 μg·mL-1 for borneol(r=0.999 6),respectively.Average recoveries for TMP and borneol were 98.09%(RSD=1.75%,n=9) and 98.39%(RSD=1.17%,n=9),respectively.CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,rapid and sensitive with a good specificity,which can be used for the content determination of TMP and borneol in the micro-emulsion. |
