延长护理干预对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患肢功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨延长护理干预对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患肢功能恢复的影响。方法:将60例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予为期6个月的延长护理干预,比较两组患者住院天数、住院费用、患者及家属对功能锻炼的掌握程度、护理服务满意率及术后功能恢复情况等指标进行评估。结果:观察组患者及家属对功能锻炼的掌握程度和护理服务满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者患肢功能恢复情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延长护理干预有利于患者及家属对功能锻炼方法的掌握,提高护理服务满意率及术后患者功能恢复,有利于调节患者心理,提升患者生命质量。

Effect of prolonged nursing intervention on the functional recovery of the affected limbs of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of prolonged nursing intervention on the functional recovery of the affected limbs of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(30 cases in each group) after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and 6-month prolonged nursing intervention was additionally given to the patients in the observation group.The hospitalization days and expenses,the command of functional exercise of patients and their families,the patient contentment with nursing service and the condition of postoperative functional recovery were assessed and compared between the two groups.Results:The command of functional exercise of patients and their families and the patient contentment with nursing service were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the difference in the comparison of the functional recovery of the affected limbs of patients was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prolonged nursing intervention is helpful for the patients and their families to grasp the method of functional exercise and can effectively improve patient contentment and postoperative functional recovery,which is conducive to the regulation of the patient’s mental state and improvement of their quality of life.
