| 摘 要： | 以醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈为主要原料,合成了性能稳定的核壳型聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液无醛免烫剂,通过红外光谱(FTIR)验证了醋丙共聚物的结构。结果表明,此醋丙乳液整理后织物水洗后DP级达3级,强力损失下降19%,白度下降5.6%。将醋丙乳液与甲醚化改性的N,N-羟甲基-4,5-二羟基乙烯脲(DMDHEU)树脂复配,对纯棉织物进行免烫整理的用量优化为:醋丙乳液50g/L,DMDHEU树脂30g/L,氯化铵3g/L,整理后织物的DP级达3.5级,缩水率<1%,布面释放甲醛未检出。

| Abstract: | The vinyl acetate,styrene,acrylonitrile were used as principal raw materials to prepare core-shell polyvinyl acetate non-ironing agent.Structure of the polyvinyl acetate non-ironing agent was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The finished cotton fabric had DP grade of 3.5 after home laundering,19% loss in strength and 5.6% loss in whiteness.The optimized finishing process of polyvinyl acetate and DMDHEU resin non-ironing agent was defined as follows:50g/L emulsion,30g/L methyl etherification DMDHEU resin and 3g/L ammonium chloride.Its shrinkage was less than 1% and free formaldehyde. |
