| 摘 要： | 自１９８９年１月至１９９４年１２月对１９例头颈部癌并双侧颈淋巴结转移的病人采取保留颈外静脉同期双侧颈淋巴结清除术（以下简称颈清术）治疗。包括喉癌、下咽癌、舌癌、口底癌、甲状腺癌及双侧原发灶不明的颈部转移癌。本文对其手术指征及手术方法作了简单介绍，并对其意义及可行性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | From January 1989 to December 1994,19 cases of head and neck cancer were operated With the remaining of external Jugular vein while bilateral neck dissection.The cases included the cancer of larynx ,hypopharynx,tongue,floor of mouth,thyroid,submandibular gland and bilateral cervical metastasis.The results were satisfied.The indications and procedure of the operation were presented,meanwhile,the clinical significance and possibility of the operation were also discussed. |
