关于在高等学校贯彻"以德治国"方略的思考

以德治国作为我国的治国方略之一,它与依法治国既有相辅相成的关系,又有其不可替代的作用。高校贯彻“以德治国”方略,必须坚持“以德育人”。要从培养高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才的高度,进一步加强高校德育工作,着力构建高校、家庭、社会三位一体的德育大环境;以德育教材建设为基础,以校园文化建设为主线,以师德建设为重点,以大学生思想品德教育导师制为机制,创建高校德育环境工程;强化道德建设重在实践的德育理念,在德育实践中不断优化德育实践过程。

Consideration for Strategy"Ruling the Country with Morality" Complemented in Colleges and Universities

Ruling the country with morality' , one of the strategies for governing our country, is not only inseparably interconnected with the principle of ruling the country according to the law, but also has its irreplaceable function. To implement the strategy, we must adhere to "educating people with morality in colleges and universities" . We must make our best efforts to establish a wholesome environment of moral education involving the colleges and universities, families and the society with regrad to fostering high-quality talented and innovative personnel. The environmental project of moral education should be set up in the light of laying the basis of constructing the teaching materials for moral education, holding up the principal line of building the campus culture, emphasizing the perfection of the teachers' morality and observing the system of supervisor system for college students idealogical and moral education. We should intensify the idea of moral education that moral construction mainly lies in practice, constantly optimize and create the processes of the moral education practice in our work.
