银杏叶提取物对鼠眼短暂缺血光学相干断层扫描的影响

摘    要:目的探讨银杏叶提取物对鼠眼短暂缺血的影响。方法选取实验动物24只,随机分为4个组:鼠眼正常组、短暂缺血组、生理盐水对照组和银杏叶提取物治疗组,每组各6只,行光学相干断层扫描(Optical coherellce tomography,OCT)检查以观察其视网膜改变。结果4组鼠眼视网膜厚度的OCT检查结果,进行两者均值t检验,差异有统计学意义的是:短暂缺血组与正常组(t=4.489,P〈0.01);银杏叶提取物治疗组与短暂缺血组(t=3.366,P〈0.01);银杏叶提取物治疗组与生理盐水对照组(t=6.765,P〈0.01)。而银杏叶提取物治疗组与正常组(t=1.939。P〉0.05);生理盐水对照组与短暂缺血组(t=0.579,P〉0.05)比较,差异均无统计学意义。短暂缺血组还显示神经上皮层的反射性增强;银杏叶提取物治疗组则比短暂缺血时的鼠眼神经上皮层反射性有所减低;而上述类似改变在生理盐水对照组则不明显。结论银杏叶提取物治疗可能有助于提高短暂缺血大鼠视网膜血流灌注。避免产生永久的视力损害。

Effect of ginkgo biloba extract treating transient ischemia in rats examined by optical coherence tomography

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of ginkgo biloba extract on treatment with transient ischemia in rats examined by optical coherence tomography (OCT). METHODS Retinal thickness was measured with OCT in 24 rats, which were randomly divided into four groups : 6 normal rats, 6 with transient ischemia, 6 as control group received normal saline, others as the treatment group received ginkgo biloba extract. RESULTS Retinal thickness was measured by OCT in four groups, and there were significant differences between transient ischemia group and normal group (t=4.489, P〈0.01);ginkgo biloba extract treatment group and transient ischemia group (t=3.366, P〈 0.01);ginkgo biloba extract treatment group and normal saline control group (t=6.765, P〈0.01). But there was no significant difference between ginkgo biloba extract treatment group and normal group (t=1.939, P〉0.05); normal saline control group and transient ischemia group (t=0.579, P〉0.05). Transient ischemia group also showed strong reflection in retinal neuroepithelium layer. Ginkgo biloba extract treatment group, which was obvious distinctions of normal saline control group, demonstrated weakly reflection in retinal neuroepithelium layer compared with that of transient ischemia group. CONCLUSIONS Ginkgo biloba extract treatment group had better effects than normal saline control group in statistics. On the basis of the animal model of retinal changes with transient ischemia in rats was successfully constructed, and ginkgo biloba extract may help to improve the retinal blood flow perfusion and to avoid producing permanent impairment of vision. It had practical value of guiding the future clinical application.
