基于平台化的数据采集分析系统的设计与实现

产品在设计阶段需要模拟实际环境,进行迭代实验进行验证和完善.如何将测试技术应用到产品样机的设计阶段,在实验室就能高效、快速地验证设计中的逻辑问题,这是越来越多的工程师已经意识到并需要解决的问题.目前已有的软件大多平台化不足,只偏重于某一点需求,没有形成一套完整的解决方案.提出了基于平台化的数据采集分析系统,阐述了系统的整体设计思路,通过典型应用详细介绍了数据采集与分析、系统机制设计及报表生成等多个功能,具有扩展性强、通用性好及智能化等特点.

Design and data acquisition and analysis system based on platform

Products need to validate and perfect through the iteration experiment in the simulated environment when there are in the design phase.More and more engineers have realized that how to test technology is applied to the product prototype design,which makes that the logic problems are efficiently validated in the laboratory is a problem and need to solve.At present,the existing software only focus on one point and doesn＇t provide a complete set of solutions.This paper proposed a system of data acquisition and analysis based on platform.It expounds the whole design idea.Functions of many modules that is data acquisition and analysis,system mechanism design and report generation and technique of implement are discussed in detail through the typical application.The system has the characteristics of strong extensibility,nice commonality and intelligence.
