摘    要:黏合剂涂抹质量直接关系到产品与表面复合材料的黏结性能。为解决现有涂抹过程中黏合剂结块、间断性涂抹不均匀等问题,运用鱼刺图等统计工具分析出细规格钢丝绳黏合剂涂抹质量的缺陷类别和比例,确定影响因素;应用实验设计方法对影响因素进行实验比对,从而得出主要影响因素;针对主要影响因素从设备更新不及时、环境温度和湿度无监控、黏合剂添加操作方法不完善等方面制定和实施对策,从而显著消除主要质量缺陷,提升产品质量。

Abstract:Binder smearing quality is relate to adhesive property of product and surface composite material. In order to solve the problem such as binder blocking, discontinuity smearing uneven, the defect category and proportion of small di- ameter wire rope binder smearing quality is analyzed by using statistical tool such as fishbone chart, influential factor is de-termined. Influential factor is experimental comparison by using experiment design method, the main influential factors are drawn. Aiming main influential from such aspects as device update not in time, environmental temperature and humidity no monitoring, binder adding operation method not perfect to make and implement countermeasure, which can eliminate main quality defects, improve product quality.
