摘    要:采用s,s’-二(α-二甲基乙酸羟乙酯)三硫代碳酸酯调控甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行可逆加成断裂链转移自由基聚合(RAFT),研究结果表明,该聚合具有活性可控聚合的特征,聚合动力学呈一级线性关系,聚合物的数均相对分子质量随转化率的增加线性增加,得到数均相对分子质量可控、相对分子质量分布窄的聚合物。以得到的聚合物PM-MA作为大分子RAFT自由基聚合试剂,以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体进行扩链反应,得到嵌段共聚物PMMA-b-PBA。

Abstract:s,s'-bis(2-hydroxyethyl-2'-dimethylacrylate) trithiocarbonate was used as the chain transfer agent in reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerizations of methyl methacrylate.The polymerization showed "living"/controlled characteristics.Reaction kinetics was first order and linear.Relative molecular mass of polymer was controllable and increased linearly with monomer conversion.The polymer obtained was narrow in polydispersity index.The derived well-controlled block copolymer(PMMA-b-PBA) was prepared by using the above obtained polymer as macromolecular RAFT agent and BA as second monomer.
