结缔组织生长因子与肝纤维化关系的研究进展

摘    要:肝纤维化的形成是一个多因素、多细胞参与的复杂过程,近来研究发现,结缔组织生长因子对促进纤维化的发生发展起正调节作用。结缔组织生长因子是一种多功能的分泌性多肽,可以调节细胞增殖、分化以及黏附等生物学活性,在肝组织损伤修复、细胞外基质合成、临床上肝纤维化的诊断及治疗等方面发挥重要作用。

Abstract:The formation of hepatic fibrosis is a complicated process involving multiple factors and cells .It has been found form recent research that connective tissue growth factor plays a positive regulatory role in promoting the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis .Connective tissue growth factor belongs to a family of secreting polypeptide , which can regulate cell proliferation , differentiation and adherence , etc.It also plays very important roles in hepatic tissue repair , ex-tracellular matrix synthesis , diagnosis and treatment of hepatic fibrosis in clinical settings , etc.
