气管内吹气在保护性通气策略中的研究进展

摘    要:气管内吹气是一种辅助通气技术,可以在促进二氧化碳排出的同时降低潮气量和吸气峰压,从而避免小潮气量通气导致的严重酸中毒,减少呼吸机相关肺损伤的发生,具有较好的应用前景。对气管内吹气的机制、实验研究和临床应用情况深入了解,有助于提高临床抢救水平和提供科研思路。

Abstract:Tracheal gas insufflation(TGI)is a assistant technology during mechanical ventilation to eliminate carbon dioxide concurrently and reduce inspiratory peak pressure.TGI might avoid severe hypercapnia during ventilation with low tidal volume which was recommented recently.Through the in-depth understanding of the mechanism and the review of experimental studies and clinical applications of TGI will help us to improve the level of emergency treatment and think of scientific research.
