摘    要:文章利用自制的电解装置进行电催化氧化处理有机废水的研究。经催化电解研究表明,确定了最佳处理条件为:电极间距1.0cm,pH3.7,电解电压12.0V,电解时间50min,NaCl投入量100mg/L,在该条件下处理有机废水,其CODcr去除率达到60%以上;经过铝铁复合混凝剂混凝和催化电解两步处理工艺后,各类废水的CODcr去除率均达到80%以上。

Abstract:In the paper, the organic waste water was processed with the self-regulating and catalyzing electrolytic set. According to the processing results with the catalyzing electrolysis, the removal rate of CODer could be over 60 % under the optimum condition as the electrodes distance was 1.0 cm, the pH value was 3.7, the cell voltage was 12.0 V, the electrolysis time was 50 min and the, NaCl dosage was 100 mg/L. Under the two processing steps of Al-Fe composite flocculants and catalyzing electrolysis, the removal rate of CODer could be over 80 % in the course of processing the waste water.
