摘    要:本工作通过引入ZnO制得了一种对人体代谢机能有促进作用的ZnO-MgO-CaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-P_2O_5系统新型的生物活性微晶玻璃人工骨材料,并对玻璃的组成范围与熔制条件,晶化特性与热处理工艺制度、晶相以及ZnO含量对材料性能的影响、材料的生物相容性和生物活性等方面进行了较系统的研究。结果表明:该材料以氧磷灰石和β-硅灰石为主晶相;具有较高的力学强度(抗折强度170Mpa、抗压强度500Mpa)和良好的化学稳定性,在模拟生理体液中,可有控制地释出促进人体伤口愈合的Zn~(2+)离子。动物实验证明该材料具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,有着良好的应用前景。

Abstract:In present work, a new kind of bioactive glass-ceramics for artifical bones is pre-pared in the ZnO-MgO-CaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-P_2O_5 system, which can help wounds heal and increase theimmunity of human bodies by introducing ZnO. The compositions of glasses and melting condition,crystallizing characteristics and heat treatment technique, effect of Zn content on properties of materi-al and biocompatibility and bioactivity of material were investigated systemtically. The experimentalresults indicated that material, with oxyapatite and wollastonite as main crystal phases, has high me-chanical strength (bending strength 170 MPa, compresive strength 500 MPa) and fine chemical sta-bility. Zn~(2+) ions released slowly out of glass-ceramic Sample in simulated physiological solution,whichwas beneficial to healing of wound. The animal experiment proved that material has good biocompati-bility and bioactive.
