低增益准分子激光阈值和最佳透射率的研究

摘    要:低增益、宽带脉冲准分子激光阈值及最佳透射率条件和激光泵浦脉宽有密切关系.提出了以激光四能级系统近似模拟准分子激光跃迁辐射系统,在其速率方程的基础上研究低增益脉冲准分子激光阈值和最佳透射率的条件,并给出了其在不同增益脉宽情况下的统一的激光阈值和最佳透射率条件,所取得的结论在相应的实验研究结果中得到证实。

Abstract:The threshold behavior and optimum transmission of lowgain and broadband pulsed excimer laser is closely relative to the pump pulse duration.The four-level laser energy systems are introduced to stimulate the excimer laser transition approximately.The threshold and optimumtransmission of a lowgain pulsed excimer laser based on the rate equations are developed,and the uniform threshold and optimum transmission condition in the different gain duration is given.These analytical results are approved by the corresponding experimental results.
