FCC汽油选择性加氢装置产品低辛烷值原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:针对某石化公司FCC汽油选择性加氢装置在运行过程中陆续出现产品辛烷值低的问题进行分析,认为装置产品辛烷值低的原因包括:(1)选择性加氢催化剂选择性差;(2)碳六烯烃饱和严重;(3)异戊烯醚化率低。通过优化选择性加氢反应条件、提高轻汽油抽出率及醚化反应温度等措施,装置选择性加氢产物、汽油产品及醚化汽油的研究法辛烷值分别提高了1.5个单位、0.5个单位及0.05个单位。

Abstract:During the operation of the FCC gasoline selective hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company, the Research Octane Number (RON) of the product was low. The cause which led to the low RON of product included:(1) the selectivity of selective hydrogenation catalyst was poor; (2) the carbon six olefins saturated seriously; (3) the isoamylene etherification rate was low. By taking the measures including optimizing the reaction conditions of selective hydrogenation, increasing the light gasoline extraction rate and the etherification reaction temperature, the RON of selective hydrogenation product, gasoline product and etherification gasoline increased 1.5 units, 0.5 units and 0.05 units, respectively.
