海底输气管道的无污染化学清洗方法

渤海油田渤中13-平台海底输气管道在使用过程中管道内壁上附着沉积油垢,在断开管道改造时会有油污泄露到海水中污染海洋环境。通过借鉴国内外同类管道施工经验和做法,采用了无毒、无污染的DLimonene、AQ-11和AQ-12分别作为清洗剂、乳化剂和除油剂来清洗海管。文章介绍了在海底输气管道在断开改造前进行清洗的必要性,并结合实际项目案例来阐述化学药剂的选型和使用方法,为以后类似项目提供借鉴。

Non-pollution Chemical Cleaning Method of Subsea Gas Pipe

The inner wall of submarine gas pipelines in service was adhered with some sedimentary oil dirties, which would leak into the sea during modifying of the pipelines. According to the experiences of similar pipeline construction, biodegradable chemical solvents were used for cleaning the pipelines. The importance of cleaning the pipeline before modification was introduced, and types and using methods of the chemical solvents in detailed project were discussed.
