聚丙烯酸/锂藻土纳米复合水凝胶对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的研究

摘    要:研究了聚丙烯酸/锂藻土纳米复合水凝胶对染料亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,考察了不同吸附条件,包括凝胶用量、染料浓度、吸附时间及溶液p H条件等对水凝胶吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明,水凝胶对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程在30 min内即能达到平衡,吸附速度快;最大吸附容量高达1 192.9 mg/g,是普通吸附剂吸附容量的几十倍,吸附效果好;凝胶的吸附等温线拟合结果符合Freundlich模型,动力学拟合结果显示,凝胶对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合二级动力学模型。

Study on Adsorption of Methylene Blue on the Polyacrylic Acid/Laponite Nanocomposite Hydrogel
Abstract:Polyacrylic acid/Laponite nanocomposite hydrogel was used for adsorption of methylene blue in hydrodye wastewater. The effect of different factors, including hydrogel dosage, initial dye concentration, adsorption time, pH of solution and etc, was investigated with respect to the adsorption capacity of gel. The experimental results showed that the adsorption of methylene blue reached equilibrium in 30 min, the maximum adsorption capacity was as high as 1192.9 mg/g.Isotherm and kinetic investigation showed that the hydrogel adsorption isotherm fitted Freundlich model, while the adsorption process followed the secondary kinetic model.
