| 摘 要： | 依据汽车主安全气囊装配的工艺及控制要求，优化设计了该装配线的机械装配工位，并完成了该装配线的PLC控制系统及数据库系统。根据安全气囊对安全的特殊要求，设计完成了安全气囊的装配精度控制系统及安全检测系统。实际生产中验证了系统设计的可行性及正确性，极大地提高了劳动效率，取得了一定的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the main automobile airbag assembly process and control requirements, it realizes the optimization design of the assembly line of mechanical assembly station, develops the assembly line PLC control system and database system. According to the special requirements of safety of and safety inspection system of airbag airbags , it designs the accuracy control assembly. The actual production verifies the system design of feasibility and correctness. The system can improve the efficiency of labor and obtain the certain economic benefits verification. |
