中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察探析

目的：观察中西医结合多种理疗方式治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的治疗措施和临床效果。方法：选择我院骨科门诊理疗中心收治的腰椎间盘突出症病人98例，征求患者意见，分成观察组和对照组，观察组实行多种手段相结合的治疗方式，对照组常规实施传统治疗，3个疗程后对比两组临床疗效。1年后随访记录其复发率。结果：观察组总有效率为91.83%，对照组总有效率为73.47%。1年月后观察组复发11例，对照组复发25例。结论：中西医结合多种手法联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症病人疗效突出，复发率少。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe the integrative medicine in treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods：98 patients of lumbar disc herniation in the outpatient department of orthopedics physiotherapy center in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was given combining treatment, the control group recieved routine practice of traditional treatment. Results： The total effective rate of observation group is 91.83%, total effective rate of the control group 73.47%. The observation group recurrence after 1 year was 11 cases, the control group of 25 cases for recurrence. Conclusion： Different techniques of the integrative medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation showed good curative effect, lower recurrence rate.
