| 摘 要： | 目的通过对骨科患者术后疼痛预见性、舒适护理的应用效果的评价,提高对术后疼痛护理的认识。方法对30例2010年5月～2011年5月骨科手术后患者术后疼痛预见性、舒适护理的经过及效果进行回顾性分析总结。结果 30例患者术后疼痛视觉模拟评分值平均为(3.6±1.2)分。80%的患者对术后疼痛可以忍受。无一例并发症发生。结论积极施行术后疼痛预见性、舒适护理可使骨科患者术后较为舒适、平和地度过手术急性期,使患者顺利进入功能康复阶段。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of predictive and comfortable nursing model on the patients with painful feeling after operation in the department of orthopedics.Methods 30 patients after operation in the department of orthopedics were reviewed.The application of predictive and comfortable nursing model on these patients was analyzed.Results The mean visual analog scale values of 30 patients was(3.6±1.2).80% of the patients could bear the painful feeling after operation.Conclusion Predictive and comfortable nursing model is effective for patients after operation in the department of orthopedics. |
