| 摘 要： | 我国反垄断立法在制定过程中面临诸多问题.我们应借鉴他国先进成熟的立法经验.美国反垄断法在立法框架的构建、法律原则的确立、立法规制的内容及豁免范围和执法机关的选择等四个方面可以对我国反垄断法的制定起到启迪作用.

| Abstract: | There will be many problems before us in the legislating of our anti - monopoly law. Therefore, we should learn from the advanced experience of other countries in legislation. The construction of the legislative framework, the establishment of the law principles, the contents and scope of the law and the choice of the organizations enforcing the law in America may give us a lot of enlightment in our legislation. |
