| 摘 要： | 以促进中国高科技企业技术创新为基本出发点，探讨了在高科技企业的技术创新中引入风险投资等一系列问题。首先讨论了技术创新与风险投资结合的必要性与可能性，指出它们的结合既是中国高新技术企业发展至今的必然结果，也是对这些企业进一步加快发展的要求。同时，提出发展风险投资，促进技术创新的对策建议。
