摘 要: | 通过研究动力刀架在运转情况下的定位精度、振动、温升、微位移、噪声等性能指标的动态检测方法以及综合性能检测关键技术,提出了一套动力刀架综合性能测试技术方案,研发了动力刀架性能测试系统,实现了动力刀架相应的性能指标的检测。

Abstract: | In view of this, comprehensive test scheme and measuring method of characteristic parameters of power tool rest are presented in this paper to meet the demands of executing the on-line test of the parameters of location accuracy, vibration, temperature, micrometric displacement, noise, etc. Based on the test principle and methods, a comprehensive performance test system is developed and the corresponding performance measurements of power tool rest are achieved. |
