碱性锌锰电池无汞化的发展

摘    要:碱性锌锰电池由于汞的剧毒性而危害环境,因此提出了电池无汞化,首先分析了国内发展状况及国内电池存在的缺点,及其汞在电池中的作用。论述了实现无汞化的解决途径:开发无汞合金锌粉,选择代汞缓蚀剂,提高原材料纯度,选择优质原材料,加强工艺控制。

Abstract:The use of mercury-free battery is posed because of the server toxicity of mercury and its endangerment to the environment existing in alkaline Zn/MnO 2 battery.The disadvantages of home-made batteries and the function of mercury in battery have been presented in this paper.The approaches of realizing free-mercury,i.e.,to develop the mercury-free zinc powder,to select the mercury-substitute inhibitors,to improve purity of raw materials and choose high grade raw material and to strengthen the technical control,have been discussed.
