| Abstract: | For the breakout occurred after Benxi BSP put into operation ,discussed the reasons for breakout, through analysis of the thermalmap and breakout prevent system; modificated process parameters; strickly control composition and temperature of steel,operation of casting ,mould powder behavior, the rate of the breakout has been reduced effectively. |
