腹部创伤性疾病的救治体会

目的:探讨腹部创伤诊断、急救、手术等临床问题.方法:对258例住院经手术抢救的腹部创伤病例的临床资料作回顾性分析.结果:258例病人获救康复247例,占96%,死亡11例,占4%,死亡原因6例为肝脏严重破裂大出血,5例为腹内多脏器广泛损伤.结论:腹部创伤病人入院后首先建立输液途径,积极预防和纠正休克,尽快通过临床检查或辅助检查明确诊断,内脏损伤严重者果断手术探查处理.

The Experience on Abdomen Splancnic Injuries Diagnosis and Treatment Operations

Objective:To Discuss the clinic diagnosis,emergency trealment,operations on the abdomen splancnic injury suffers.Method:Summarizing the salvage case numbers on splancnic injuries up to 258 through operations at the section office,reviewing andanalyzing the clinic datas.Result:247 out of 258 cases recovered,which is 96% of total;11 patients 4% of total died.the patients of6 cases from the 11 cases are caused by the massive haemorrhage of liver after been severely broken,and the other 5 cases result fromthe great damnification of visceras in the abdomen.Conclusion:First,the transfusion way should be set,then preventing from shock-ing.The doctor should operate on the splancnic injury suffers dicidedly through clinic examination or assistant examination as soon aspossible.
