一种适合低温大曲的自动化培曲装备探索研制试验

在保持传统低温大曲自然接种、低温发酵工艺不变的前提下,为了提升低温大曲培曲过程的机械化、连续化、自动化和智能化程度,降低劳动强度,改善工作环境,扩大生产规模,提高经济效益,探索研制了一套适合低温大曲的自动化培曲装备。该装备的研制,是为探索采用“多层架子摆放曲坯+智能控制温湿度”的方法,进行不翻曲自动化培养低温大曲的可行性。
