| 摘 要： | 介绍的300kg电气熔解保温炉采用轻质保温砖与硅酸铝纤维毡作保温层，炉壳表面温度低、热效率高；电器控制系统采用三态恒温控制电路，炉温调控方便、可靠、精度高。该炉与机械手、专用电机转子铸铝压铸机相匹配用于微电机转子铸铝生产，不仅提高了产品质量，改善了工人的劳动环境，而且其半自动化生产工艺带来的高生产率也可为企业创造丰厚的利润。

| Abstract: | Introduction is made to a new type of furnace: 300 kg electric dissolving heat-insulated furnace, which uses light heat-preserving bricks and sodium silicate fabric rag to preserve heat, so that the surface temperature is low and the efficiency is high. In addition, the electric control system uses three-state-controlled constant temperature circuit,which is conve|nient, reliable and accurate. When producing casting rotor, the casting device group of the electric dissolving heat-insulated furnace, the manipulator and the special rotor casting machine work together, which improves the quality of products and the working condition. Besides, its semi-automatic production technology will result in high production and bring rich profits to enterprises. |
