摘    要:以盐酸酸洗废液和铁尾矿为主要原料,制备了一种絮凝性能优良的絮凝剂——聚硅酸聚合氯化铁絮凝剂(PSPFC),并应用该絮凝剂进行了絮凝沉降煤泥水的实验。研究了PSPFC的用量、搅拌条件、絮凝温度和pH值等因素对PSPFC絮凝沉降煤泥水的影响,并从表面电性特征角度探讨了PSPFC絮凝沉降煤泥水的絮凝机理。结果表明,在1L煤泥水中加入0.3mL PSPFC,絮凝温度25℃~35℃,pH值3~10,快速搅拌(250r/min)1min,慢速搅拌(75r/min)15min的条件下,煤泥水的除浊率达98%以上,CODCr和SS的去除率分别达99.4%和98.5%,获得了良好的效果。

Abstract:A polysilicate polyferric chloride flocculant (PSPFC) with excellent flocculating ability was prepared using hydrochloric acid pickling wastewater and ferric tailings as the major raw materials. Thus flocculating coal slime water using PSPFC was investigated. The effects of PSPFC dosage, stirring conditions, flocculating temperature and pH value on the flocculating efficiency were reported, and the flocculating mechanism flocculating coal slime water by PSPFC was discussed from the angle of the surface electric characteristics. The experimental results showed that adding 0.3 mL PSPFC to 1L coal slime water when the temperature of coal slime water was between 25℃ to 35℃, and pH value between 3 to 10, stirring fast (250 r/min) for 1 min, and then stirring slowly (75 r/min) for 15 min, the rate of turbidity removal of coal slime water was up to 98%, the removal rate of CODCr and SS were to 99.4% and 98.5%.
