摘    要:毕业生就业竞争力是衡量人才培养质量的一个重要指标。对不同学制毕业生的就业竞争力分析可从初次就业率、就业现状满意度、毕业半年后的月收入、工作与专业相关度、职业吻合度和半年内的离职率等六个方面进行。利用毕业生就业状况调查报告中的有关数据进行对比分析,发现教师教育专业五年制高职毕业生的就业竞争力要强于三年制高职毕业生。

Abstract:Graduates' employment competitiveness is an important mdex ot cultivation quality. Employment compeuuveness oi mree - year program and five - year program can be analyzed from the following elements : initial employment rate, employment satisfaction, monthly salary, correlation between work and profession, correlation between work and expected career and half - year resigning rate. Based upon the analysis of the research report of graduates' employment, it is discovered that graduates of five - year program show stronger competitiveness than that of three - year program.
