不同年龄阶段脑卒中患者同型半胱氨酸的初步研究

目的研究不同年龄阶段脑卒中患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,为预防及治疗脑卒中提供资料。方法观察不同年龄阶段健康者血浆Hcy水平,比较脑梗死以及脑出血患者与相应年龄阶段的健康者血浆Hcy的差异。结果健康对照组以及脑卒中患者Hcy水平均与年龄呈正相关,且脑梗死以及脑出血患者血浆Hcy水平均较相应年龄阶段的健康对照者血浆Hcy水平升高,有显著差异(P<0.05或P<001),脑梗死与脑出血患者血浆Hcy浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血浆Hcy水平随年龄增长而增加,血浆Hcy水平是脑梗死与脑出血的独立危险因素。

Initial study on plasma homocysteine levels of different age grades stroke patients

Objective To investigate plasma(Hcy) levels of different age grades stroke patients and to provide information for the precaution and treatment of stroke.Methods The plasma Hcy levels of different age grades health control groups were observed and the plasma Hcy of cerebral infarction patients and cerebral hemorrhage patients were compared corresponding health age control groups.Results The plasma Hcy levels were positive correlation with ages in health control group and stroke patients.The plasma Hcy levels in cerebral infarction patients and cerebral hemorrhage patients were higher than those in health control group.There was significant difference between them.But the plasma Hcy levels had no statistical significance between cerebral infarction patients and cerebral hemorrhage patients.Conclusion The plasma Hcy levels increase by the ages,and the levels are independent risk factors in cerebral infarction patients and cerebral hemorrhage patients.
