不同剖面DDF中啁啾高斯脉冲展宽的研究

摘    要:文章从理论上推导了啁啾高斯脉冲在5种不同群色散剖面光纤中的传播特性和初始啁啾对脉宽的影响.与常规单模光纤(SMF)相比,这5种色散缓变光纤(DDF)中的脉冲展宽较慢,能有效抑制脉冲展宽,但这5种DDF之间也存在着较大的差异.初始啁啾对脉冲的影响体现在:当β2c>0时,脉冲展宽速度比无啁啾时要快;当β2c <0时,脉冲有一初始窄化过程,之后又快速展宽.

Abstract:The propagation characteristics of chirped Gaussian pulses in fibers with 5 different group dispersion profiles are theoretically deduced and the effects of the initial chirps on the pulse width discussed. Compared with conventional Single Mode Fibers(SMF), the pulse broadening in these five Dispersion-Decreasing Fibers (DDF) is effectively restrained to be slow with fairly big differences among themselves. As for the effects of the initial chirps on the pulses, when β2c>0, the pulse broadening is faster than that without chirps, while when β2c <0, the pulses are fast broadened after an initial process of narrowing.
